What level of care do you provide?
Amber Willow is a residential care home focused on daily living support, companionship, and quality of life. We assist with daily activities, provide meals, housekeeping, and organize social engagement. We are not a medical facility and do not provide nursing or clinical care.
Can family members visit at any time?
Family visits are warmly welcomed during our regular hours from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily. We can arrange visits outside these hours with advance notice. We encourage families to join residents for meals, participate in activities, or simply spend time together in our garden spaces.
What is included in the monthly rate?
Our monthly rates include accommodation, three daily meals, housekeeping, laundry, all common facilities, and participation in activities. The Companion & Wellbeing Program and Hillside Private Cottage include additional personalized services. Personal items, specialized medical care, and off-site excursions may incur separate costs.
How do you handle dietary restrictions or preferences?
Our kitchen prepares meals with attention to individual needs and preferences. We accommodate vegetarian, low-sodium, diabetic-friendly, and other dietary requirements. We incorporate both Thai and international cuisine, and we're happy to discuss specific needs during your initial consultation.
Is there a waiting list or minimum stay?
Availability varies by accommodation type. The Hillside Private Cottage typically has limited availability and may require advance booking. We ask for a minimum commitment of three months to allow residents time to settle and benefit from the community. We can discuss specific timing during your visit.
